What data we process
Through the contact form we process your name, phone number, email (if provided) and the content of your message — only the data you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to contact you and handle your inquiry (pre-contractual relations under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without consent and do not sell it to third parties.
Who has access to the data
The contact form is processed by the technical service formsubmit.co, which delivers the form content to us by email without storing it in its own database. Beyond this technical service, your data is not shared further.
Retention period
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication, for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Cookies and analytics
The website currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. If we deploy tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in the future, this page will be updated and the appropriate consent will be added.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to, and port your data. You may also file a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk). You can exercise your rights by emailing info@kasyco.sk.
