Worker Orientation Training
Practical training for companies and agencies — installation work, reading plans, finding your way on site
We train your people in the specific tasks they'll actually face on site — installing switches, sockets and light fittings, routing channels, drilling and core drilling, cutting wall penetrations, laying cables and trays, and finding their way around electrical plans. We shape the content around the work you're preparing them for — residential construction looks different from an industrial project. The goal is that once they start, they can get stuck in, understand what's being asked of them, and aren't starting from zero.
What this training is — and what it isn't
This is basic-level practical preparation — we show people concrete installation techniques, tool handling and how to read plans so they can work on site. It does not replace the formal electrotechnical qualification under Decree No. 508/2009 Coll. (§21–§24), which we provide as a separate, legally regulated service. It is also not a guarantee that a worker will handle every task independently and flawlessly afterwards — real skill comes from practice alongside experienced colleagues on site.
